General Assembly Structure & Committees
Coordinator
Bridges the Reconstruction Phase between Virginia and The Federation of States
Chair/Speaker
Moderates meetings, Autographs Notices and acts as the Voice of the people on Virginia at the direction of the people.
Secretary
Works with the Chair/Speaker as an administrative function, Disseminating the Agenda, and items of import to the body
Treasurer
The Treasurer is responsible to managing the asset accounts of the Assembly, Budgeting with different committees and assembly pillars. Takes direction from and participates in the Banking Committee
Banking Committee
Reviews, assesses, monitors all areas of Banking on the Assembly
Other Committees
The body of the Assembly can call for committees to research, investigate review any area the Assembly body deems necessary.
Jural Assembly Structure & Committees
ASSEMBLY BODY
The Jural Assembly has two basic areas of function. the Administrative function (the Body) and the Living Court. The Body is that area that votes for, Court positions, provides oversight in the form of the oversight committee, manages vetting and elections
The Living court is our actual courts that deal with the Lawful actions of the people.
Chair/Speaker
Moderates Administrative meetings
Secretary
Takes the minutes of the Assembly meetings. Disseminates information as needed.
Documents Committee
This Committee is creating the actual structure of the courts through documentation and the needed forms that are used throughout the court processes
Jury committee
This Committee is vets, appoints, trains Juries as need
Vetting committee
Vets all People on Virginia nominated for positions and rolls within the Assembly
Elections committee
Manages and oversees the entire Election Function on the Assemblies/Pillars
Oversight Committee
Stands as the committee that provides balance and fairness
Coroner Committee
Stands as the committee that provides balance and fairness
