State Militia (a Special Purpose)

Militia in Hebrew means “people”; We the “People” also We the “Militia”;

The people have the responsibility to protect and defend; all people are unorganized Militia unto themselves;

In the event of varying situations, the men and women organize to serve, protect, and support;

this is The Virginia Militia Assembly’s appropriate use of the organized militia;

Purpose: Secure freedom and security concurrently by:

Stopping wrongful taking of life, liberty, and property;
Protecting the land and soil laws of Virginia, our common-law, against any government or
Threat to our government, whether foreign or domestic; and;
Thereby thwarting overthrow of the Virginia Assembly’s lawful government;
Role: To keep the Peace
Respond to natural (and other) disasters and support the people;
Protection of the 2nd Amendment rights;
Organize, discipline, and train;
May assist the Sheriff during apprehensions of criminals within the border of Virginia;
members of the Jury at our Common Law courts;
What the Militia is NOT: it is NOT a standing army

Marshal-at-arms

Virginia State

There is one (1) State Marshal at Arms, and each standing county will have a Marshal at Arms;
Provide security of all State Jural, General, Business, and Militia Assembly meetings;
Provide strong enforcement and protection services for our Common Law Court system;
Coordinate meetings between other relevant and pertinent Peacekeeping entities as a result of judicial developments that involve other nation-states;
Maintain channels of communications between State Militia Commander, Continental Marshals, State Coordinators, and Federation of States;

Militia Structure

State Militia Commander

The county militia is the backbone of security, civil safety, and defense of the people, property, and law through a connected web of counties throughout Virginia; the authority comes from the people, through the county first, then up through the Clusters and Regions;

The State Militia Commandant, Regional Colonels, and Cluster Majors are there to support the county militias during peace time and become operational Head Quarter elements in their respective areas of operation during times of being called-forth;

These State level leaders become operational commanders located within their geographical boundaries;

State Militia Commandant: Must be an American State Citizen; member of The Virginia State Jural Militia; appointed by the unincorporated Governor;

Advisor to the Governor on matters related to the Militia;

Commandant for The Virginia State Militia;

CONTINENTAL MARSHAL

Serve as “Peacekeeping Officers” employed by the Federation of States doing business as The United States of America.
Like the actual County Sheriffs, these men and women derive their authority from the Jural Assemblies of the States acting as a Federation of States and from the Public and Organic Law, not from any incorporated entity and not from any statutory law.
Their job is to coordinate efforts to intercept, prevent, and prosecute crimes peculiar to interstate/international land jurisdiction venues, including the trafficking of people and contraband, kidnapping, bank robberies, train robberies, mail fraud, consumer crimes, securitization scams, and much more
