Justices

Justices of the Peace, Justices and Judges

American Justices serve in both the Land and the soil jurisdictions.  Our Lawful Justices in The International Land Jurisdiction of the States are managed by the unincorporated State Jural Assembies.  At the County level (soil jurisdiction), they serve as Justices of the Peace in The National Jurisdiction of the States.  Justices serve "the people", Judges serve "persons".

Our Justices are overseers who hold the space for "the people" to work out their issues amongst themselves.  They serve as guides and holders of the wisdom and simplicity of Divine Law, Natural Law and American Common Law and ensure that the people have every opportunity to come to resolution and Peace with minimal discord and upheaval.

Men and women are encouraged to bring remedy voluntarily when harm has ensued and if this is not attained, arbitration is suggested.  It is only when agreement for remedy cannot be reached that a claim will end up in our American Common Law courts to then be presided over by a "jury of peers" who will hear the facts of the claim with the guidance of a Justice.

We are excited to have our first two elected Lawful Justices on Virginia since the 1800's.
