We recognize The Declaration of Independence as America's foundational document. This Declaration claims the inherent sovereignty and freedom of all people on the Land and Soil.
In addition, the following documents also serve as foundation for Freedom and Law on Virginia.
Northwest Ordinance and Equal Footing Doctrine
the Land Law Act of 1785
The Articles of Confederation (1881)
The Constitution for the united States of America (1787)
The principles established by The Ten Commandments
We utilize the United States Statutes at Large (unrevised), the Geneva Bible and Bouvier's Law Dictionary as our foundation for the Public Law on the Land.
It is the responsibility and the duty of "We, the People" to uphold and enforce these founding concepts.

'... our Lives, our Fortunes and our sacred Honor."
Who autographed the Declaration of Independence and put their names to these words? And what became of them after the Revolutionary War?
