Public elections on Virginia

The People/people enacting their Public Duty on Virginia

APRIL 1st, 2025 Virginia held her first Public Elections in over 160 years, Congratulations to all!

Nominations were held on February 4th

Nominees for all state level positions were selected on February 4th at our online General Assembly meeting.

Look below to find full descriptions of  the duties, responsibilities and requirements of each position.   All Nominees are listed below.

None of the positions were contested.  All Pro Tem individuals will proceed to our Public Elections of April 1, 2025.

What you need to know about voting in Virgina's Elections

When to vote

Voting will take place via Zoom Meeting  at this time.

How to Vote

A ZOOM link will be provided via email sent  the day before the election.

ELECTION WILL CLOSE PROMPTLY AT 7PM. Please ensure you arrive early enough to complete your voting process. Ensure your Video and Microphone are turned off.

Raise your hand.

The Zoom meeting will be moderated and the moderator will inform you of your time to vote.  Each Virginian will take their turn voting for their chosen nominee.  Once you have completed your vote with your voice, you will then type into the chat your Name, County and who you chose for each position.  Each position will be numbered (THERE ARE 11 POSITIONS)  you may type a "Y" for Yea and an "N" for Nay... example: 1-11 Y or 1-3 N 4-11 Y.

We ask that you keep your Microphone and video muted until you are called upon by the moderator.  You "MUST" turn your camera on once the moderator calls upon you to vote.  *If you do not have a camera you must email a copy of your photo identification to Elections.Virginia@proton.me Monday March 31st by 5pm (March 31, 2025 ).  Let the moderator know you have emailed your identification and that you do not have video capability.  You MUST have a photo on your Zoom meeting identification place holder so the Moderator knows who they are dealing with.  **If this is not possible please indicate to the moderator.

Each Vote will be recorded on Zoom, the moderator will write your vote on a form with your chosen nominees and you will also write your choices in the chat.  This will ensure that your vote is counted accurately.

**Each Nominee has a corresponding number assigned to make it easier for you to write your vote in the chat.

Process to Request a Paper Ballot -

If you are unable to attend the Zoom election times,  you may request a Paper Ballot by xxxxxx.  Your Ballot will be mailed to you and must be returned, postmarked no later than 15 days prior to the election in order for it to be counted.

You will need to supply a picture of your Credentials card or other photo ID along with your ballot.

At this time, we ask you to state your reason for needing a paper ballot as voting will be done most expediently by Zoom.

Credential Card Requirements

In order to vote you must show identification.  The preference is your Credentials Card issued from the Federation.  However, if you do not have your Credentials Card, you may use a defacto State issued identification card, U.S. Passport or other valid Photo identification.

Additional Information regarding Elections

Most position terms are 4 years we will need to stagger the public elections so that we do not have a situation where all Public Office positions are vacated at one time.

*We will address these issues in the next couple of years to refine our processes and procedures for Elections.

Why Public Elections ?

Moving from Reconstruction to Standing, what an Incredible Journey!

Over 160 years ago our state fell into disarray with the beginnings of the American mercenary conflict known as the Civil war.  Since that time, our American Government has been sitting in interregnum waiting for a time when the people would awaken to the usurpation, remember their inheritance and responsibility, and return to the Land and soil to populate and operate their State Governance.

Much has happened to hinder and delay this from taking place. Yet, despite the odds stacked against us, we have remembered; we have declared our nationality; and we have worked diligently and tirelessly to Reconstruct this nation-state as we rise to our full potential and stand with the other 49 nation-states of the Union.

In order to bring ourselves back into full Visibility and Standing it is required that we hold proper Public Elections so that the people's voices are finally heard and Virginia is restored and given back into the keeping of the Living people.

General, Jural and Special Services Assembly Nominees

YOUR (Virginia's) Nominees for the 2025 Public Election cycle were elected into their respective positions on April 1, 2025 and affirmed on April 6, 2025.  They are introduced below.  Most of the people have been holding Pro-Tem (temporary) positions/Office while Virginia was in the Reconstruction process for your Governance structure.  They were willing to carry the torch into the initial days and stages of our move into proper Standing and Provenance as a Sovereign nation-state.

These men and women are volunteers from all walks of Life who are offering their time, attention, strength, Integrity and Love to these fledgling moments for Virginia's proper Governance structure.  It is a calling that brings great joy and challenge.

You/we are the people orchestrating our lives on the Land and soil who, with our founding documents, are reminded of the Sacred Honor that it is to be guardians and custodians of Virginia at this pivotal moment in time and Creation.

We  resolutely stand for the Good of, and for, all people, and for Life.   We choose Honor, Kindness, diligence, and a willingness to refine our thoughts and trajectory if there is a path of greater ease and wisdom.  We collaborate and "layer the brilliance" by holding space for all people to stand and speak for themselves and for their loved ones, and offer their unique abilities and perspective.  We observe that it always leads to refinement and expediency in our endeavors.

Many of us our operating entirely "out of our wheelhouse" in these positions because of our inherent knowing that creating something better and honorable for our present and future, must begin somewhere, and ultimately begins within ourselves.  If you hold skills and expertise that may expedite this exciting and monumental endeavor, please, throw your hat in the ring and nominate yourself at our next General Assembly meeting on February 4th, 2025.  Certain qualifications are required, of course, as described elsewhere on this page.

We thank you for your willingness to add your voice to this process by engaging your Public Duty to be aware of, and speak to, the issues brought forth through Assembly on Virginia.

May We Be and See Peace!

I learned that the marshal At Arms is foremost an internal peacekeeper for the All Pillar Assemblies,  specifically the Common Law Court system. I saw the opportunity and seized the moment and volunteered for the position.  Since that time I have operated as the Assemblies ‘peacekeeper’ and continue to work on standing our state Common Law Court.

Anyone holding a State Citizen position must operate through the “Prudent Man” standard, In other words be kind, generous, honest, have integrity, and carry the burdens of your People.  I feel I have met those standards and am happy to serve the men and women of Virginia. My motto is Justice with Grace and Mercy.

I am passionate about the purpose and meaning of life and I strive to live in accordance to the Law of One, and subsequently the Golden Rule.  I mentor men/women on how they can overcome their challenges and I am adept at understanding human emotions.  I believe in absolute sovereignty and freedom and I respect the choices each man and woman make in their day to day lives.

I have life experience of 40plus years as a Professional Real Estate Broker; I am ordained minister (Pastor) of nearly thirteen years; A sister, a mother, a grandmother of many and always available to support our community.

If given the opportunity to serve as Justice; I will not consult case law first; I shall consult First Law First; I shall not defer to traditions of man over the Creator's laws. I pray my role as justice gives me the opportunity to teach the law of nature and of nature's creator!

I will not compromise the WORD of the CREATOR.

My role should be to eliminate confusion, shine the light and bring peace and unity~ the best way to accomplish this, is for us all to become erudite!

Let's stop doing the same thing expecting a different result

Love Wins

After witnessing first hand the treasonous and tyrannical actions of the de facto, corporate, legal system, I knew I had to undertake a journey to return that which is legal, to that which is lawful.  I've actually come to learn that the vast majority of those in the de facto, corporate, legal system actually do NOT know Law.   Rather, they continue a façade (under "color of law", or, the appearance of law) in order to enrich themselves at the expense of others.    I plan to return honor, dignity, integrity, and lawfulness to the Virginia Judiciary.
